1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Equality and Social Justice Committee.
The Chair stated that if for any reason she dropped out of the meeting, the Committee agreed that Sarah Murphy MS would become Temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22.
Apologies were received from Altaf Hussain. Sam Rowlands was in attendance as a substitute.
2 Annual Scrutiny of the Future Generations Commissioner
Members held a scrutiny session with the Future Generations Commissioner.

Members considered the evidence received under item 2 and agreed to write to the Department of Work and Pensions.

Members received a detailed briefing session with Audit Wales.
7 Update on amendments to the Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill
Members noted the amendments.
